Shadowbrook is a 127-unit townhome community nestled in the trees of southern Fairfax County, Virginia. This quiet family community is located just south of the Capital Beltway. Shadowbrook was built in three phases, the first which was completed in 1992, followed by phase two in 1994 and phase three in 1996. Shadowbrook is located just seventeen miles from downtown Washington, DC and National Airport, and it is minutes from Springfield Town Center, Ft.
