It has come to the attention to the Board of Directors that many residents are violating Policy Resolution Number 4, Rules and Regulations Relating to Vehicle Parking. We would like to remind you of the requirements of this policy and ask that you be mindful in adhering to it. There is limited parking in the Community and it is important that when residents have guests, they have available parking. YARD WASTE POLICY
Yard waste material may NO LONGER BE PLACED IN PLASTIC BAGS. American Disposal Services will only accept yard waste material in compostable paper yard waste bags or personal containers clearly marked “YARD WASTE MATERIAL”. These paper yard waste bags can be found at local grocery stores, hardware stores and through on-line retailers. Please consider mulching your material whenever it is possible. All too often, the only things we tend to focus upon in our community are things that go wrong, shortfalls, and complaints. However, we also know that good things are also common…but nothing exists to even modestly recognize the individuals who make them happen. Periodically our Board of Directors receives correspondence from Fairfax County Government agencies that pertain to all county residents: health, safety, infrastructure and so on. They come in the form of letters or flyers.
