PARKING REGULATIONS

published: June 26th, 2020 by in Uncategorized

It has come to the attention to the Board of Directors that many residents are violating Policy Resolution Number 4, Rules and Regulations Relating to Vehicle Parking.

We would like to remind you of the requirements of this policy and ask that you be mindful in adhering to it. There is limited parking in the Community and it is important that when residents have guests, they have available parking. Guest spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis and are to be used for guests only. No Association member or member’s tenant shall park in any guest parking space. Open spaces should be treated as temporary or guest parking, not as an additional space to be used on a regular basis for an extra vehicle you may own.

If any vehicle is found in violation of the above mentioned policy, an orange warning sticker will be placed on the window seventy-two (72) hours prior to towing. If remedied, but found in violation on a future date and time, the vehicle shall be subject to immediate towing without warning. Please be advised that all expenses relating to the towing of a vehicle is at the owner’s expense, not the Association’s.

No one likes to head out to work and find that their vehicle has been towed. This can cost you an entire day’s work, towing fees, cause your child to be late or miss school and much unnecessary frustration and stress. The Board of Directors and Management do not wish to resolve this problem by having vehicles towed. However, enforcement of this policy will be taken more seriously.

The Board is in the process of revising the current parking policy in an effort to further streamline enforcement. If you have any suggestions or comments, please feel free to submit them by clicking the Contact Us button above.

We would like to remind you that we currently have one volunteer Parking Liaison appointed by the Board to patrol the parking situation. However, if you are interested in assisting with this, or any other aspects of the Community, please submit your contact information and area of interest through the Contact Us button above. We welcome ideas for committees and volunteer opportunities.
